Yes Ladies!! Machine wash cold or warm. Tumble dry low. Do not use bleach. Do not iron directly. Do not dry clean. Be sparing with the detergent, use about 1 tablespoon of liquid soap. Do not use fabric softer 

If you beautiful ladies have Top Loading Machines, place 2 pillows in washer to balance, if you only need to wash our pillow, balance the load with towels. If you have Front Load Machines, wash pillow with a full load of laundry.
