Prior to launching our Pillow, the world was hit with the Covid-19 Pandemic. Our hearts at Ladies Pillow go out to the many families that were affected by this event.

Ladies Pillow had to come up with a new, clean and safe way to handle returns and we did. Feel safer knowing a used Ladies Pillow never comes back to our facility.

No need to print a label, box your pillow or ship back your pillow 

Ladies it's completely up to you

Option 1) If you’re somewhat satisfied and think it would be a better pillow for your husband, kids, a friend or maybe it’s just a better fit for your guest room. Simply cut the label in half with kid scissors. Take a legible photo of your original invoice and place it above your cut label.

Email the photo to us at returns@ladiespillow.com with the subject line reading: Option 1) Your First and Last name followed by your order number. Before 30 days and we will refund 20% of your purchase value.

Option 2) Simply cut the label in half with kid scissors. Take it one step further than Option 1) cut the pillow down the middle from top to bottom, cut the pillow all the way toward the label. Take a legible photo of your original invoice and place it above your cut label.

Email the photo to us at returns@ladiespillow.com with the subject line reading: Option 2) Your First and Last name followed by your order number. Before 30 days and you will receive a full refund.

Return disclaimer

In the event you send us photos past 30 days for a refund and your Ladies Pillow is unusable. Ladies Pillow will not be held responsible and there will be no refund issued.

If you’re a customer that has used our Option 2, you will be able to order a Ladies Pillow again, but will only be eligible for Option 1 going forward. 

It’s simply to limit the misuse of our Ladies Pillow return policy.

If you’re a customer that has used our Option 1 before, you will be able to reorder a Ladies Pillow.

Refund goes back to the originally chosen method of purchase. Refunds are not issued to anyone but the purchaser.  

If you’re returning multiple pillows, all pillows must be in one photo with invoice on top of the pillow.

If you’ve purchased more than one pillow in an order and would like to return an item from that order, please specify which product you’re returning to limit confusion.
